Get a super total body warm up on the PROII

The first 6 minutes is cross training cardio.

  • 2 minutes upper body, 2 minutes lower body, 2 minutes total body.
  • Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, then press START and go.
  • Adjust your level up or down to achieve target heart rate.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen.
  • At the end of 2 minutes go to the next exercise.

    The last 6 minutes is interval training strength.
  • 2 minutes upper body, 2 minutes lower body, 2 minutes total body.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen.
