Test your progress with Fit Check.
The first 15 minutes is cross training cardio.
- 5 minutes upper body, 5 minutes lower body, 5 minutes total body.
- Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, then press START and go.
- Adjust your level up or down to achieve target heart rate.
- Follow the directions on the display screen.
- At the end of 5 minutes go to the next exercise.
The last 15 minutes is interval training strength.
- 5 minutes upper body, 5 minutes lower body, 5 minutes total body.
- Follow the directions on the display screen.
