30-Minute strength and cardio Workout
Firm and tone both upper and lower body with SCIFIT's Climber's Challenge 30-minute workout.

The first 20 minutes is cross training cardio.

  • 5 minutes on each machine.
  • On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, then press START and go.
  • Adjust your level up or down to achieve target heart rate.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen.
  • At the end of 5 minutes go to the next machine.

    The last 10 minutes is interval training strength.
  • 5 minutes on each machine.
  • On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, the press START and go.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen.
