30-Minute strength and cardio Workout
Firm and tone both upper and lower body with SCIFIT's Climber's Challenge 30-minute workout.
The first 20 minutes is cross training cardio.
- 5 minutes on each machine.
- On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, then press START and go.
- Adjust your level up or down to achieve target heart rate.
- Follow the directions on the display screen.
- At the end of 5 minutes go to the next machine.
The last 10 minutes is interval training strength. - 5 minutes on each machine.
- On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, the press START and go.
- Follow the directions on the display screen.
