30-Minute strength and cardio Workout
SCIFIT Xpress incorporates SCIFIT's unique features to provide an exceptional 30 minute strength and cardio workout. You will use each machine twice, once for cardio and then for strength.

The first 15 minutes is cross training cardio.

  • 5 minutes on each machine.
  • Start on any machine.
  • On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, then press START and go.
  • Adjust your level up or down to achieve target heart rate.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen.
  • At the end of 5 minutes go to the next machine.

    The last 15 minutes is interval training strength.
  • 5 minutes on each machine.
  • On each machine: Insert Fit-Key, wait until the screen says press start, the press START and go.
  • Follow the directions on the display screen
