The high-strength Vectran® cables in the pro6 proMOTION units were developed for the NASA space program and are spun from a liquid crystal polymer for unparalled strength and abrasion resistance. This means near zero maintenance no matter how many “G’s” you’re pulling. It also means that nearly 80% of the vibration transfers to the handles for a workout that is out of this world.

 
 
 
  
  1. Start / Stop
  2. Quickstart Buttons - Select a pre-setting, get in position and press start.
  3. Time - Choose 30 or 60 seconds.
  4. Frequency - Speed of vibrations. Start on 30Hz except for massage. Change the frequency in 1Hz increments with the plus and minus buttons.
  5. Amplitude - Height of vibrations. Start with Low except for massage.
